Jordan worked on getting qualified contractors lined up for multiple issues that needed to be fixed and also had the home staged and photographed for the ad. He also researched pricing and listed the house 12% over what Zillow valued the home for. Then, wait for it, he got us a full offer price 3 days after we listed it!
